The hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were not as advertised and had some discomfort issues, the hotel overall offered fantastic service and was exceptionally clean. The lack of adequate bedding and warning about the stairs was disappointing, but the staff's friendliness and cleanliness made up for it.

The room we were initially moved to was not as advertised and had uncomfortable mattresses. The toilet seat was unstable. However, the hotel was maintained very clean.

The staff, from the bar to breakfast service, were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. They were always willing to assist, especially the lady at the reception. The Ciroc Bar was my personal favorite, offering excellent service. The housekeeping service and welcome drinks added a nice touch to our stay.

The location is great, just off the promenade and next to the Pleasure Beach. It's a lovely and welcoming area, away from the noise of the town but conveniently close to transportation for exploring the nightlife.
